Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Standard delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

Express options (Royal Mail Special Delivery / courier) are available upon request at an additional cost.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked or trusted couriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) depending on destination and value.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, though times may vary due to customs or local postal services.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

At this time, we do not ship to: Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, and other destinations with unreliable or restricted postal services.

All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe arrival.

High-value items are insured and may require a signature on delivery.
